FAQs

Q?

Are all of the shirts the same? How do I determine my size?

A.

No, they are not all the same. There are 3 different cuts available; unisex, junior, and youth. The shirt DO run small, so please check out our fit guide for sizing guidelines. This is important since these shirts are made-to-order, so returns/exchanges are not available.

Q?

Where are your shirts produced?

A.

We print all of our own products at our production facility in tax-free New Hampshire, USA!

Q?

Why is the print on my shirt scratchy looking?

A.

We print these shirts with a distressed look by design. The shirt is supposed to look and feel vintage. The shirt is super-soft, and possibly the most comfortable shirt you will ever own, and we don't want a thick layer of ink ruining that experience, so we use a light coat of ink. And to really get that vintage look and feel, we use a distressing filter to make the art look grainy.

Q?

What are the shirts made of and how do they fit?

A.

Our shirts (including the youth) are premium quality blended ringspun tees. They are a lightweight 4 oz, 30 singles. They are what is called "retail fit", meaning they are more of a style-driven cut than a standard, boxy adult cut tee. They do run smaller than a standard/average cotton tee you would normally buy, and the sleeves are shorter. If you are on the fence about size, definitely go up a size.

To put it in the simplest terms:

  1. If you like your shirts tight, go with the size you normally wear. All shirts from different companies are sized slightly differently, but we do own a t-shirt company and have printed millions of shirts, and we DO say, these run small. Think the style/fit of a shirt you would buy at Abercrombie, Forever 21 or American Eagle.
  2. If you like your shirts form fitting, but not too tight, go one size up from a standard/average size tee you would buy.
  3. If you like your shirts loose, you are best to go up two sizes with these shirts.
  4. It is important to follow these guidelines, as these shirts are made-to-order for you, so returns/exchanges are only taken if the shirt was damaged during shipping. All of our shirts are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they are not damaged.

You can check out our fit-guide link for measurement details.

We ship our shirts via United States Postal Service or FedEx and you can choose expedited shipping options if you would like.

Q?

How are the shirts printed?

A.

Our shirts are printed using traditional screen printing and are printed to last. We do not use Direct-To-Garment print-jet printers.
